I took an A5 card blank and added a silver back ground,then took a piece of grey card and ran it through my grand calibar in a spellbinders M-bossabilities folder EL-016, then matted and layered the main image. Cutt out the cogs with my silhouette cameo....the card usedisEngraving art silver foil.
Once cut you them sand over it and hey presto you get silver and attached them with pinflare glue.
